That steak-centric eatery, now closed, was actually a spinoff of Luke Palladino Seasonal Italian Cooking, which relocated to Linwood, leaving a leasing obligation for the space at the time. LP Steak, which just opened a few days ago in the spot formerly occupied by Pacific Prime at Valley Forge Casino Resort, 1160 First Ave., King of Prussia, may be the new kid in town, but its overseer is the well-pedigreed chef-restaurateur Luke Palladino, who is making inroads into Montgomery County with a concept that got a brief test run with diners in Northfield, N.J.
